Permits & Engineered Site Plans
- Zoning plans and architectural plans included conforming to state
and local requirements.
Clearing
- All clearing necessary for the construction of the dwelling, water
supply and driveway.
Grading and Landscaping
- Ground immediately surrounding the dwelling shall be graded to pitch
away from dwelling. The area within 25 feet of the dwelling, to the
front, sides and rear of said dwelling, if disturbed shall be planted
as per landscape plans (front of home only.)
Approaches
- Driveway: 3 inch asphalt driveway.
- Front steps: brick (city hall pavers)
